How to Use the Investment Profitability Calculator

Our calculator helps you estimate the potential returns from a property investment on the Costa Blanca. You can calculate results for:

Passive Price Growth – holding the property and benefiting from market appreciation

Long-Term Rental – monthly rent from long-term tenants.

Short-Term Rental – daily or weekly rent from holiday lets.

Step 1: Enter your data
Purchase Price (€) – property cost.

Annual Expenses (€) – taxes, maintenance, insurance, other costs.

Passive Growth: enter expected annual price growth (%).
Long-Term Rental: enter monthly rent, vacancy rate (%), and rent indexation (%/year).
Short-Term Rental: enter nightly rate, occupancy rate (%), platform fees (%), cleaning cost (€).
